Unfortunately, the coffee pods I purchased are not working as they should - they burst in the machine most of the time without producing the desired coffee. What is even worse is the lack of follow up from the company. I received a quick, friendly response to my initial complaint and was asked to provide additional details, photos, and other evidence of the issue.
